Ces capacit\u00e9s jouent un r\u00f4le central dans la sant\u00e9 mentale, en aidant les individus \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9guler leurs \u00e9motions et \u00e0 s\u2019adapter aux d\u00e9fis du quotidien! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sence Qu\u00e9bec offre une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de contenu ax\u00e9 sur la m\u00e9ditation et la pr\u00e9sence attentive.
